Well it's too late now to do anything about it...like TK which came on line at the wrong time, this project was started at the wrong time. Additionally there were foundation problems caused by bad Geo-tech info and other design flaws that the City paid for but were the responsibility of the engineers/contractors. There are so many other things that $38 million could have gone towards that were/are needed worse than another museum. Well anyway, like John Williams, I hope it works out or should I say floats!

Heard they put the walls up before the roof was on. Cosmetic repairs to mold and mildew...this will come back to haunt us and walls will have to come down. Sounds like it should be the responsibili of contractor. City officials are beyond ridiculous.

Mayor Jones is a sad model for leadership. His statement that the Maritime museum is the responsibility of the 'board over there' is ludicrous. The city owns this monstrosity and is stuck with it because of an inadequate view of REALITY. Sam and his minions don't know how to manage their campaign funds let alone the city budget and infrastructure. It's time for Sam to go home.

After the museum is finished they need to connect the Outlaw Center, Maritime Museum and the Cruise Terminal with elephant trunks. Then paint them all white. Because Mobile will then have 3 white elephants on the waterfront.
