Rule number 1... stay out of jail!!! I blame the inmate for all these because if he did what he was suppose to do there would ne reason to be locked up in jail. Let's start at square one, personal responsibility on his part would have never allowed himself to be put in jail to begin with. His initial actions caused the entire episode and he is accountable for anything bad that happens due to his own mistakes. He needs to man up and asked himself what he could have done to prevent any of this from happening to start with.
