MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile Police arrested a man charged with snatching a woman's purse off her shoulder.
It happened at Bel Air Mall around 6:15 p.m. February 1.
Twenty-five-year-old Vincent Ruggs is charged with robbery, assault and three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
Police say Ruggs violently pulled the woman to the ground and took off with her purse.
The investigation continues.
