(PRICHARD, Ala.) - The Prichard Water Works Board is set to file suit Monday. Attorney Jay Ross said the board is challenging the constitutionality of an amendment that could dissolve the board.
Earlier this month, voters statewide were asked if they thought the board should dissolve, and turn control over to the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System.
Officials results from that amendment have not been announced.
The MAWSS board will meet Monday at 1 p.m.
