(PRICHARD, Ala.) Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board is suing to keep Amendment Five from going into effect.

The board voted last night to ask a Mobile County Circuit Court judge to block it.

The amendment would get rid of the board and transfer its system Mobile Area Water and Sewer System.

Voters overwhelmingly approved the amendment, but the final results have yet to be decided.

The suit will likely be filed in the next two or three days.

The fact that these useless parasites on the water board find it acceptable to sue on an issue that the people have already decided, tells you everything you need to know about that group of low life, scum sucking, bottom feeding, worthless, TRASH! How the rampant corruption of this group of criminals has avoided prosecution is beyond the realm of reason. There needs to be an immediate investigation into the finances of EVERY Board member, then they should be tried and convicted of the criminal acts they have perpetrated on innocent citizens.
