PRICHARD, Ala. (WPMI) Prichard's Water Board has filed a motion to halt any decisions dealing with the MAWSS switch until it can appeal.
The Water Works an Sewer Board and the city of Prichard filed the motion Wednesday.

A judge announced Tuesday morning that the Prichard Water Board would be transferred to the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System.
The water board claims it's unconstitutional for MAWSS to take over and has vowed to take the case all the way to the state Supreme Court.
