Prichard Police Chief's Job Remains Unclear

A judge's order prohibiting Chief Jimmy Gardner from serving as Prichard's Police Chief still stands. Both sides, the mayor's office and and the chief went head to head in court Friday.

If the city is in bankruptcy, why not get rid of businesses who are shady and costing the city money simply by existing, such as restoration youth academy, who owes well over $45,000 to the city in back rent.
