Popular Restaurant Up for Auction Online
(GULF BREEZE, Fla.) Sept. 8 - The U.S. Marshals are now accepting bids online for the popular Cancun's Mexican Grill in Gulf Breeze.
The Cancun Mexican Grill was shut down and confiscated as part of a federal case against its owner Rogelio Galvan Chavez. Galvan- Chavez is now serving a life prison sentence for distributing cocaine and for harboring and shielding illegal aliens. Most of illegal aliens worked at the - once popular restaurant.
Gulf Breeze real estate broker Dan Green says the spice may be gone but the fact that the property is up for auction and online for the world to see is an attraction to "would be" investors. Green says: "In general Gulf Breeze has a very finite supply of land to do anything with. "
