(MOBILE, Ala.) October 22 - Tough economic times may be causing some people to take drastic measures. Mobile police say a woman has been stealing from couples on their wedding day.
Police say, so far, the woman has hit three different weddings, stealing money intended to go to the newlyweds. The latest happened during the weekend of October 18, at the Christ Temple Apostolic Church in Mobile. Police say the woman stole the bride's purse with both her passport and honeymoon money inside.
