MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile Police arrested a man accused of being an accomplice in a Monday afternoon bank robbery.
It happened at the Century Bank at 5370 Highway 90 in Tillman's Corner, sometime after 1 p.m.
About an hour later, an officer spotted one of the suspects at Canal and Claiborne streets. Thirty-six-year-old Justin Gorniak is charged with third degree robbery.
Police say the man walked into the bank, and one demanded money from the teller. The teller complied and the suspects ran off.
Officials are still looking for the second suspect.
