PENSACOLA, Fl. (WPMI) A Pensacola family is grieving after their teen dies after a fight. Ronkia Sconiers died in the hospital Wednesday after she taken off life support. She was badly beaten in a fight that happened early Monday morning in the 1200 block of North M Street.
Family members say she got involved in the fight to help her cousin. Pensacola police say the brawl invovled several women from a party ranging from their late teens to early.
"Everybody's taking it, I mean we're shocked. I'm shocked", said her mother Dollie Curam.
Police say they know who was involved in the fight, but have not yet made an arrest pending the results of the autopsy.
