(GULFPORT, Miss.) Court records say one of three brothers charged with conspiring to obstruct a weapons investigation will plead guilty. A court filing Tuesday said Isaac Lee intends to plead guilty in a case that originated in Harrison County.

The indictment says Clarence Lee was in jail when he conspired with his brothers in November 2011 to have numerous guns and ammunition removed from his house in Harrison County. Clarence Lee was a felon and not supposed to have guns.

An indictment in U.S. District Court in Gulfport said Isaac and Michael Lee removed the guns from their brother's house and concealed them from police.

Isaac and Michael Lee are also accused of lying to the grand jury that investigated the matter in March. They have pleaded not guilty.
