MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Authorities say one person is dead after a multi-car pileup on the Government Street overpass.
Two additional patients have been transported to a local hospital.
Officials say four vehicles were involved, three ambulances were dispatched..
Authorities have not released information on the conditions of the surviving victims.
It happened around 1:35 p.m. on I-65 Northbound between Government and Airport, on the Government Street overpass.
Only one lane is open on the interstate in that location at this time.
LOCAL 15 News has a crew on the scene and will have more information at 5 p.m.
