I happen to know the owner of this property and have been informed of this lengthy process every step of the way. It is unconscionable the amount of red-tape he has had to go through to get his house rid of this "squatter." Thank God things have finally straightened out. This is the kind of attorbney that perpetuates the stereotype honest attorneys have to live down. Good for you, Mark!
