NEW ORLEANS, La. (WPMI)-Police in New Orleans are asking the public to help identify a person they say opened fire on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras.
The shooting in the French Quarter on Saturday night left four people wounded, including a man who was shot in the stomach, thigh and pelvic area.
Police say another man and two women were also wounded.
