SARALAND, Ala. (WPMI) Saraland Police Department arrested a Moulton, Alabama man on marijuana possession charges.
Jeremy R. Birkhimer, 19, was taken into custody due to a traffic stop.
Police seized synthetic marijuana, or spice, from the stop.
Birkhimer is charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
