MOBILE, Ala (WPMI) With heavy rain in the forecast for Fat Tuesday, Mobile Carnival Association leaders were working Thursday to make possible adjustments to the parade schedule. Speaking just before the Mystic Stripers Parade Thursday, Judy Gulledge said plans are still fluid as of now.
"Some of the parades could possibly be rescheduled, others as we move closer to Tuesday, there may not be a lot of wiggle room there, I think most of the organizations are in a wait and see pattern and will make their decision jointly with Mobile Police Department," she said.
