Mistrial Declared Against Wife Accused of Killing Husband Over Divorce

(CITRONELLE, Ala.) June 6 - A woman accused of killing her husband in front of their auto repair shop will get a new trial.

Jurors say they could not reach a verdit in the trial of Melanie Jones. Police say Jones shot her husband, Bobby Jones, in October 2007, because he wanted a divorce after 30 years of marriage.

Court officials say the new trial will be tentatively set in October.
