MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) - A man who’s been on the run from Summerdale Police after they say he tried to run over two officers is now in jail.
U.S. Marshals arrested Victor Stanton around noon Wednesday in Houston.
They had conducted surveillance on a location where they believed he was staying.
He got into a car with another individual. They made a traffic stop and arrested him.
In addition to the charges in Summerdale, he's also facing a number of federal charges as well.
They are waiting for extradition hearing to see when he will come back for his Alabama charges.
