(ALLENTOWN, Pa.) A man who pleaded guilty in a crash that killed a Baldwin County commissioner eight years ago, has been arrested for another deadly accident.
Robert Sitler and Denise Dinnocenti have been arrested in Pennsylvania.
Police say Sitler had been drinking when he hit a 16-year-old who was crossing the street.
Authorities say Dinnocenti told police on the scene she was driving the car.
Sitler is facing several charges -- including homicide by vehicle.
Dinnocenti is also facing several charges.
In 2004, Sitler slammed a cement mixer truck into the car driven by Baldwin County Commissioner Mary Frances Stewart.
He was already on probation for speeding at the time of that wreck.
