(PASCAGOULA, Miss.) June 29 -- A Pascagoula man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a 52-year-old mentally handicapped woman. Timmy Thomas was arrested over the weekend.
Police say he assaulted a woman at Camilia's Personal Care Home in Pascagoula. He is charged with three counts of sexual battery on a vulnerable adult, due to the victim's diminished mental capacity. Thomas is being held without bond.
