(MOBILE, Ala.) July 21 -- The man accused of murdering a local father and burying him in a shallow grave says he didn't do it.

Brandon Newburn entered a not guilty plea Tuesday to murder and robbery.

Newburn is accused of stabbing Chuck Black to death, robbing him and then burying him in the woods in Citronelle. Black leaves behind a wife and three children.

Newburn will be in court again next month. Until then, he remains in jail with no bond.
