Local Man Flagged after Legal Gun Purchase

As debate over gun control continues to grow, a local WalMart is in the spotlight for selling a gun to a man, then telling him he failed his background check hours after the man already left the store.

Someone isn't telling this story correctly as that is not the procedure that follows in a gun sale nor an ATF/FBI background check. I hope they get this story correct in the steps that were followed.

Since the Britains insitituted a gun ban the crime in the UK has increased 40%... liberal lawmakers find it easier to regulate the lawful gunowners than fight the crime and criminals. This is all part of a grand plan and scheme that Obama and Eric Holder put in place, the Fast and Furious scandal was created to try and impose a nationwide gun ban and it backfired. These liberals know what would happen if the American people were disarmed, they would take control of everything in everyones lives. An armed militia and population keeps a tyrant out of control government from ruling the people and population.

So what is Walmarts explanation for releasing the weapon to him without a reply on the background check? He followed the rules, money changed hands, the sale is final. I can't help but wonder what the store could have done if he had said hell no. Anyone out there know?

Walmart, or any other dealer, would not release the gun until the background check gets a go from the FBI. My last 3 out of 5 gun purchases have delayed. One goes through- the next one gets a halt? The guys doing the checks make mistakes too!
