MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Keep Mobile Beautiful gave away more than 800 cubic yards of mulch Saturday.
Mobile Forest Products ground Christmas trees into mulch, and folks came out to get it by the truckload.
Officials say around 90 vehicles showed up to the Greater Gulf State Fairgrounds.
The event started at 8 a.m. and wrapped up at 11:30 a.m.
There is still mulch available to load by hand.
Just bring a container, and a shovel.
