(MOBILE, Ala.) - A motion to continue the federal trial against Bayou La Batre Mayor Stan Wright and his daughter has been denied.
The mayor, his daughter and a woman who worked for the city were all indicted for allegedly using FEMA funds in a land swap deal after Hurricane Katrina.
Jury selection for the case is expected to being March 5.
