(MOBILE, Ala.) The jury went home Wednesday without a verdict in the case against a Bayou La Batre grant writer.
Prosecutors accused Janey Galbraith of a land swap deal after Hurricane Katrina. She and mayor Stan Wright both face federal charges in the case. Stan Wright's trial has been postponed. Tuesday the case against Wright's daughter was thrown out.
