(MOBILE, Ala.) A woman charged with murder in a DUI crash that killed her boyfriend, will remain in jail.

Jennifer Fram, 25, admitted to driving drunk in April when she crashed her car on Dawes Lake Road in Mobile. That crash killed her boyfriend Nick Markow.

Fram was back in court Wednesday, once again asking for bond. The judge denied that request because Fram was on probation for a previous DUI conviction at the time of the April crash.

The has been literally thousands of repeat violent offenders that rob, carjack, rape, and even killed people in Mobile recently that the Mobile Judges have allowed to make a small petty bond. Even the DA and local Police Chiefs have voiced displeasure and concern about how the Mobile County Judges have allowed these violent thugs to make bond only to repeat the same crimes. The woman is White and she must be made an example of, cause the Judges know if she is released someone will voice their outrage, while the Black community welcomes the violent repeat offender thugs back into their communities with open arms and high fives. These old white bald incompetent Judges in Mobile are a joke, perhaps they want the Blacks criminals back out on the street where they'll be killed jacking someone else and the problem solves itself.

@taberm ... It's called a double-standard... A car-jacker who iced the driver would be out on $50K bond already.

She needs to stay in Jail, but MY question is...Why do they make her stay...yet every thug that commits a crime in this area is out of jail on bond after two or more previous incidents. The point is not whether SHE should stay in jail...it's why all these useless thugs and punks are put back on the street even though its a near certainty that they will repeat the offense or something even worse.

She has to feel horrible about being the cause of her boyfriend's death. When will people learn their lesson?
