Funny now that we are now paying $3.75 or more a gallon for low octane gas, these corporate crooks decided to settle, gee what timing! Looks like we the people and our hard earned money are now financing yet another "Payout" by the corporate misfits at BP and all others involved! Hopefully there will be at least half a billion dollars left after the thousands of lawyers who leeched onto the gravy train get their cut!
