Hopefully those homeless people can give a good discription of those people that gave them those checks. Or the cops need to do a Sting just to catch these criminals & will give the homeless some kind of reward for their help in catching them.

this type of crime happens all too often,it would seem that the banks would have better safeguards put into place by now,to prevent these types of scams from recurring.

In most banks I've attempted to cash check in it takes an act of Congress and they almost always want a pint of blood to boot. Sounds like the tellers may have been in on this one.
