Investigators Looking for Witnesses in Death Investigation

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WPMI) Investigators in Escambia County, Florida, are looking for possible witnesses in a death investigation.

Melissa Townsend was known to frequent the areas of Davis Highway, Brent lane, Pensacola Boulevard, Olive Road and Burgess Road.

Investigators are looking to talk with anyone who saw Townsend in the last couple of weeks.

I's gonna be hard to locate anyone willing to talk in the Melissa Townsend case. she was a know prostitute and crack addict and the persons that she frequented do not like to be made public. I used to see her walking the streets around the Wedgewood area. I found it a shame that someone so beautiful came to such a tragic end. I elite e that without the drugs she would have had so much potential
