FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WPMI) The city of Fairhope is getting closer to naming a police chief.
Candidates will be interviewed Thursday. The city will then pick their choice for the position next Tuesday, February 5.
Four men are vying for the job. Among the finalists is current interim Chief Joe Pettis, former U.S. Customs Agent Joe Bettner, former Daphne Police Officer Stan Stabler, and Chickasaw Police Chief Mike Reynolds.
