(MOBILE, Ala.) Since the storm there have been many stories of charity and philanthropy. People using their time, talent and treasure to help storm victims.
Parishioners of Saint Mary's Catholic Church looked to do that in a big way Friday night with the "Hope Rising" event.
Tables, chairs and a stage were set up for live music.
Food and games for the kids promised a fun night. Even the Salvation Army was there to help host the event.
All money gathered goes to help the Christmas Day tornado victims.
