MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) A preliminary hearing has been set for the man charged with running over another man during an argument in downtown Mobile.
Police say Ashton Boykin and Zach Soutullo were involved in a verbal dispute, when Boykin ran over Soutullo and took off.
Soutullo has been recovering at USA Medical Center. He was last listed in serious condition.
Boykin is charged with first degree assault. His hearing is set for February 26.
