(GULF SHORES, Ala.) - It only took half an hour for advance-price tickets for the Hangout Music Fest to sell out.
Tickets went on sale at 11 a.m. Friday morning. First to sell out were 3-day pass general admission tickets. Concert-goers saved $15 on the regular price of $209.
VIP advance-price tickets at $749 sold out shortly after.
Hangout Music Fest organizers say this weeks announcement of Red Hot Chili Peppers playing the festival created a lot of buzz. They join the Dave Matthews Band and Jack White as headliners.
