NEW ORLEANS, La. (WPMI) Football fans continue to flood into New Orleans for Sunday's big game. Of course, the Big Easy has a lot to offer. There's entertainment and nightlife, and don't forget about the food.

It will be a huge weekend for restaurants as tourists, football stars, even celebrities belly up for a great meal.

Mother's has been a landmark in New Orleans since the 1930s and during Super Bowl week, it draws big crowds.

So what does it take to prepare for such an event? Behind the gumbo and poboys, there are cooks. Patricia Santiago said she puts a lot of love in every dish.

When dining at Mother's, you never know what you will see. Wednesday night, Neil Patrick Harris made a stop, and Monday it was mega star Beyonce.

One thing to remember if you plan to eat at Mother's, plan to wait in line.
