(MOBILE, Ala.) The 19-year-old accused of killing his stepfather with an ax was in court Thursday.
Kenny Richardson was arrested last month in Chunchula and was charged with the murder of Rayford Rivers. Richardson admitted to the killing to our cameras.
Richardson was in court for a preliminary hearing. The case will be bound over to a Grand Jury.
