(Mobile, Ala.) July 23 - Family members have set funeral arrangements for Charles "Chuck" Black, who was murdered July 11th in Citronelle. His body was found days later buried in a shallow grave. Authorities accuse Brandon Newburn of stabbing Black to death, robbing him, then burying him in the woods. Newburn has pleaded not guilty to the crime.
Visitation for Chuck Black will be from 5pm-8pm Thursday, July 23, at Radney's Funeral Home in Saraland.
The funeral will be at 11am Friday, July 24, at Pentecostals of Saraland.
He will be laid to rest at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Celeste Road in Saraland.
A trust fund for Black's family has been established at RBC Bank. He leaves behind three children.
