Funeral Services for Local Students Held Monday

(MOBILE, Ala.) Nov. 15 - Funeral services will be held Monday for two students killed last week.

Mac Chatom, 15, was killed Thursday when a truck hit him while he was running with a friend in west Mobile. Chatom was a sophomore at Faith Academy. His funeral services will be held Monday at 1 P.M. at Life Church of Mobile. Life Church is next to Faith Academy. Students from Faith Academy are planning a candlelight vigil outside Chatom's home on Newburg Lane in west Mobile at 8 P.M. Monday.

Sarah Anderson, 19, was killed Tuesday when her car hydroplaned on Interstate 85. Anderson, a Robertsdale native, was a freshman at Auburn University and a member of the Auburn University Marching Band. Her funeral services will be held at Loxley First Baptist Church starting at 2 P.M.
