(MOBILE, Ala.) - An officer stabbed to death by a robbery suspect on Friday will be laid to rest this week. The services are open to the public.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Radney Funeral Home on Dauphin Street in Mobile. The funeral will be the following day at Sunlight District Auditorium in Prichard.
A funeral procession will follow to the interment at Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Here's the route: Clarke Avenue to St. Stephens Road, to Government Street. Government to Three Notch Road, then Three Notch to Old Pascagoula. West on Old Pascagoula to Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens.
Officials do want to remind supporters not to park or stand on the interstate portions of the route, and to stay a safe distance from the street.
