Fashion Foul: Pull Up Those Baggy Pants

(FRISCO CITY, Ala.) April 20 - Another community is trying to follow Bayou La Batre's fashion satement.

The police chief of Frisco City is asking for a ban on baggy pants, similar to one recently enacted in the Bayou.

First-time offenders can be fined $100.
