(MOBILE, AL)  June 29-- Only our cameras were rolling as Mobile police spent part of the day trying to get a burglary suspect out of a hiding spot.  NBC 15's Jenna Susko was there as the teenager was finally arrested.

He's covered in mud, was bitten by a police dog, and now, he has something to say.  "Call my Auntie!"  Carlos Brooks is suspected burglar, who is now asking for help after spending part of the day hiding from police under a house on Reynolds Avenue.

When he wouldn't come out, police brought in the dogs and dragged him out.

One reason police were able to quickly track him down is because of a neighbor.  The woman, who didn't want to be identified, called 911 after watching two guys break into her neighbor's apartment.  "They were stealing food, they stole her AC, drinks, and TV's."  She says the burglars kicked in the door, and started stocking up...but apparently they didn't get enough loot the first time.  "They were actually going in there, taking the items, going in the ditch, going back and forth all day long, all morning."

Thanks to her watchful eye, the 19 year old is behind bars...charged with burglarizing a neighbor's home.
