(GEORGE COUNTY, Miss.) Authorities in George County, Miss., are asking for the publics help finding a missing teenager.
Katelyn Kilbourne, 17, disappeared from her home Thursday morning. Her mother says she went to check on her Thursday morning and she was not in her room. Katelyn "Katie" was gone. Her mother told deputies she had not taken her cell phone or her purse.
"Friends and relatives of Katelyn have been interviewed, but no one knows her whereabouts and no one has heard from her," Detective Ben Brown said in a release. Sheriff's detectives and deputies are searching every area of the county where she could be, but so far, nothing.
Anyone with information about Katie should call 911. She was last seen at her home in the Agricola Community of George County. Her photo is attached to this story.
