MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The deadline to register to vote in the Special Alabama House District 97 Democratic Primary Election is February 15.
The Probate Court of Mobile County made the announcement Thursday.
Folks wanting to vote in the election have until 4:30 p.m. February 15 to register. The race is February 26.
To register to vote, show up at the Mobile County Board of Registrars on the first floor of Government Plaza.
Requirements to register:
- Person must be 18 year of age and a United States citizen
- Person must live at the address provided on the application
- Person must not be barred from voting by reason of a felony conviction
- Person must not have been adjudged "mentally incompetent" in a court of law
