MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) The Saraland Police Department Special Operations Unit arrested a man they say was in possession of crack cocaine.
Authorities arrested Charles S. Smith, 43, Saturday at a motel.
The Special Operations Unit observed suspicious activity at the motel, and during the course of the investigation, found the drugs on Smith.
Smith has been charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
