PASCAGOULA, Miss. (AP) - The Pascagoula City Council has rejected the bids received for the citywide building mitigation project proposed after Hurricane Katrina.
In the amount of time it has taken to review the bids since they've been received, the contractor is no longer able to complete the work at the bid price
The Sun Herald reports (http://bit.ly/XpnRcU ) the council voted Tuesday to re-advertise for bids on the project with only City Hall and Delmas Avenue buildings included.
