MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI)  The high profile federal trial of Bayou La Batre mayor Stan Wright is scheduled to start Monday.

Mayor Wright faces a long list of fraud charges in a land swap scheme.

He's accused of misusing federal disaster funds from FEMA after Hurricane Katrina.

Former city grant writer Janey Galbraith was convicted in the case back in November.

Galbraith will spend time in a federal prison and pay a hefty fine.

Wright was jut re-elected in Bayou La Batre by a margin of 12 votes.
