Cold Weather Shelters Open Sunday Night

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. (WPMI) Santa Rosa County officials say two cold weather shelters for the homeless and those without heat will open Sunday evening.

  • Ferris Hill Baptist Church, 6848 Chafflin Street, Milton
  • Community of Christ Church, 2111 Presidio Street, Navarre

Officials say those staying at the shelter must arrive between the hours of 6:30--8:30 Sunday night.

No one will be admitted after 8:30 p.m. unless brought in by law enforcement.

The shelter will close Monday morning at 7:00.
