City Council to Discuss Possible Open Container Ordinance for Downtown District

A new law could allow folks in downtown Mobile to carry open containers of alcohol.

Is this the craziest thing, open containers and no smoking, does booz kill as many people as secondhand smoke? Mobile city council should concentrate on getting the city back up and running in the GREEN. Would this kind of law bring more or less tourist to Mobile, Oh, we didn't think of that, gee, we didn't think of that, we might loose money because the tourist won't come here, of course all this will be OK to do while mardigras is going on.............Mobile city coundil reach around behind yourself and pull on that thing hanging from your backside out and put it back on your shoulders
