(MOBILE, Ala.) An arson-murder trial in Mobile will begin with jury selection Monday, that's according to court records.
Attorneys for Jerome Burton had asked for the trial to be delayed again.
Burton is accused of shooting his wife and burning her body in a house fire. He is charged with capital murder, but prosecutors decided no to seek the death penalty.
Deborah Burton was killed in May 2010.
