(MOBILE, Ala.) An arson-capital murder trial in Mobile has been delayed.
Jury selection was expected to begin Monday for Jerome Burton. He's is accused of shooting his wife and burning her body in a house fire.
Burton is charged with capital murder, but prosecutors have decided not to seek the death penalty.
The trial has been reset for March 25. A motion for bond was also denied.
Deborah Burton was killed in May 2010.
